This Author‘s writing is a female equal to the poet/author, Shel Silverstine. A lot of tongue in cheek humor. Sassy, satirical, often bawdy, but always delightful.
Keep your kids eyes and ears covered.

Love this book! Phillippa is the Queen of Comedy, a wonderful poet and fantastic illustrator. I was fortunate enough to come across this witty lady about 4 years ago, on a writing forum and have always tuned in when I’ve needed a laugh. The first poem in the book is A Taxing Month and one of my very favourites, along with Closet Drinker and Tangerine … I think I should stop now! Suffice to say, highly recommended.
